  • Managing customer relationship and achieving the sales turnovers in line with budget targets.
  • Creating the sales.
  • Receiving orders and collecting payment from customers on time.
  • Coordination of campaign and dealer meetings.
  • Customer Management.
  • Managing existing dealers with good relationship.
  • Searching new customers to expand business.
  • Understanding the market structure, product features, and find the requirement.
  • Making promotion tools with cooperation of Company to support dealer’s sales.
  • Monitor competitors actions, products and pricing.
  • Cooperation with Company marketing and product planning for new items.
  • Introducing new products to market.
  • Market research for understanding the required demand.
  • Making required reports: monthly and market analysis.


  • Advanced skill in MS Office for analysis.
  • Advanced English skill.
  • Reporting and meetings are done in English for daily communication with HQ.
  • Must have more than 5-10 years of work in same electrical construction segment.
  • Knowledge on products required: Wiring Device, Switchgear, Lighting, etc.
  • Work experience and knowledge of construction electrical segment.
  • Understand the ECM business system of Russia.
  • The person must have motivation to start business but follow and comply with the rules and have honesty and fairness.
  • Will be traveling within all regions of Russia by himself.
