Our client - an international medical devises company - is looking for Head of Marketing, who will be responsible for Russia and the team of 8 subbordinates (2 direct teams - brand team and communication team). Key tasks:
  • development of marketing strategy and budget planning,
  • developing strategic marketing plans for business in general, product categories and channels,
  • management of product activities and organization of effective interaction with the head office and suppliers of products,
  • selection, training, development, coordination and control of the subordinate team,
  • managing of advertising campaigns and programs for goods and services promotion, including trade marketing, POSM design, planning and support of TV campaigns, production of TV commercials and content for the Internet and SMM,
  • systematization of work with customer requests and customer service,
  • effective planning and cost-effective use of company funds for marketing activities,
  • management of the company's reputation and organization of systematic work with consumers, professional communities (pharmacists, doctors, etc.), media,
  • organization of events and information support of marketing activities,
  • creation and coordination of accompanying documentation for the company's products and promotional materials in accordance with the internal regulations, the Federal Law on Advertising and the regulatory acts applicable to medical devices,
  • management of the creation of tools for sales departments and training materials for employees, customers and consumers,
  • preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Candidate requirements:
  • 7+ years marketing experience strictly in FMCG or Pharm OTC companies,
  • 5+ experience in team management,
  • systematic approach,
  • strong analytical skills,
  • attention to detail,
  • mastering the skills of strategic and operational management,
  • mastering the methodology and experience of media planning,
  • skills of cooperation and conflict management,
  • clear, understandable, literate communication,
  • expertise and successful experience with digital channel will be an advantage.
