Requirements

  • 3 + years HR management experience;
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and very good organizing skills;
  • Comprehensive IT knowledge (SAP HR, MS Office);
  • Understanding of production environment and experience inn the role of HR Plant Manager with an international company;
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian Labor code;
  • Relevant experience in sphere of HR Administration, Payroll, Legal topics, Recruitment, Personnel Development;
  • Comprehensive IT knowledge (SAP HR, MS Office);
  • Experience in managing teams of approximately 10 subordinates;
  • Fluent English, German language can be considered a plus;
  • Ready to relocate to central Russia.
