Our client is one of the Europe’s largest family-owned masterbatch manufacturer is looking for Sales Manager
- Sales growth of products with existing and new customers to meet revenue and margin targets;
- Personal responsibility to boost the sales in the designated region;
- Identifying and visiting new potential customers, building and maintaining customer relationships with regards to the target customers/products in the designated region;
- Match precisely needs and demands of customers with our existing solutions or create solutions in
close cooperation with our technical services and application dept.;
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, in case of claims coordination of technical service resources and activities for customers;
- Keeping sales records and sales reports according to the rules of Group;
- Providing regular market reviews, including information on competitors and market trends in the designated region to ensure proactive work on market trends and customer needs.
- Education in plastics technology and/or chemistry
- General understanding of all converting technologies/processes of thermoplastics
- Ability and aptitude to explain complex function of products and convince customers of their benefits
- Min 3 years of successful sales experience in polymer industry, preferably
- experience in masterbatches, successful experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with customer
- High level of interpersonal skills, ability to interact with various management levels
- Team player, able to work in a matrix organization
- Ambitious, self-motivated, result orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on increasing sales
- Workable knowledge of English.
